Using Talespark

You may use Talespark to create and read stories for personal, non-commercial use. You must not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

Accounts

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Talespark is not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized use.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Generated Content

Talespark does not claim ownership of stories you create. However, we may use anonymized stories to improve the service unless you opt out.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the experience of others.

Disclaimer

Talespark is provided as-is without warranties. We strive for a safe, magical experience, but we can’t guarantee perfect results.
